Whether you are seeking answers to personal questions, going through a rough patch, or dealing with an issue calling for specialized care, you don't have to do it alone. I support adult clients with human-centered counseling and evidence-based therapies, tailored to their unique needs. All sessions are one-on-one, flexible in duration, and are available in-person or by telehealth.
Consulting Services
I collaborate with health and human services, criminal justice, and workforce development agencies to put best practices into action, improve outcomes, and advance their missions. My services include program review and needs analysis, design and delivery of training curricula and learning paths, and survey design, statistical analysis, and report writing. Each engagement is tailored to the organization's goals, whether that means launching a new initiative, strengthening an existing program, or measuring what's working.

I founded Specialty Behavioral Health in San Diego in 2004, after clinical research, clinical care, and leadership roles at leading academic medical centers. My goal has always been to provide high-quality, evidence-based care that makes a real difference in people's lives. That same commitment guides my work with individual clients and with the organizations that serve their communities.
